These terms cover using honesthq.co.uk and booking through it. Honest HQ is a trading name of Honest Group, 37 Fynon y Maen, Bridgend CF33 6JE.

Guide prices

Prices shown on this website are guides worked out from your answers and typical costs in your area. They are not a fixed quote. Your price is confirmed by the surveyor once they have seen the job, and nothing is charged until you agree it.

Who does the work

Honest Group is the name on your job and arranges it with a vetted, insured tradesperson. If something isn't right, contact us and we will get it put right with the trade.

Surveys

Survey slots are booked through the website. If you need to change one, let us know as early as you can.

Emergencies

If you smell gas, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. If there is a risk to life, call 999.
